1. How to select classroom teaching or online teaching?
A: There is an option at the top of page 2 of the registration form. Please check it. It is very important that you choose one.

2. Can the two classes delivery method be switched at any time?
A: Under normal circumstances, the class delivery method cannot be changed.

3. Will the class I registered for be guaranteed?
A: Whether you can have that certain class depends on the number of students registering for it. The general principle is that 6 or more registered students will form a class.
Please note: If the number of enrollments is insufficient, the class will be cancelled. A reminder especially for senior level students, please register as soon as possible. This happens every year: parents intend to register on the first day of school, but due to insufficient enrollment, we have already canceled this level’s class. It is too late to register on the first day of class. Please register early.
3.我报的班级肯定能开班吗？
A: 是否能顺利开班要看报名情况。通常的原则是：报名人数超过6人（包括6人）就可以开班。
请注意：报名人数不够的话某个年级会取消，特别是高年级的学生请一定要尽早报名。每年都会发生这样的情况：家长打算开学当日再来报名，但是某个高年级由于报名人数不够，我们已经取消了这个高年级的中文班，当家长和学生开学当日得知这个班级取消时，这是非常遗憾的。报名请尽早。
4. If my registered class is cancelled, will you notify me?
A: If the class you registered for could not be formed, we will contact you in time to discuss whether you can change the time or class delivery method.

A: 如果您所报的班级没有成班，我们会及时跟您联系，商量能否换时间或上课方式（教室或网络）。

A: There are several ways to register:

6. I plan to pay by cheque, how do I proceed?
A: If you are planning to pay by cheque, please send us the completed registration form by email (cicoquitlam@gmail.com), then print a copy and mail it to SD43 along with the cheque.

7. How old are the students in the programs?
A: We accept students as young as four years old and older to adult

8. What kind of courses do you offer?
A: We offer various course for students; previous knowledge of the Mandarin language is not required. Please check the Programs and Courses for details.

A: The classes start in September and February. Every semester contains 16 sessions (Adult class will have 14 sessions).

A: Every class will have a maximum of 16 students and the adult conversation class will have 10 students.

A: Our teachers will encourage students to communicate in Mandarin during the class and English will be used as a supportive language.
