Registration Procedure 注册方法:

Parents and students can register by phone, e-mail, mail or in person.
家长和学生均可以电话，电子邮件，邮寄或亲临本校递交申请表。

2) By e-mail: Please print out and complete the application form, then scan and e-mail to: CICoquitlam@gmail.com.
     电子邮件： 请填写申请表, 然后电邮到以下地址- CICoquitlam@gmail.com.

3) By Mail: Please mail the completed form to the following address 
    邮寄：请打印填写好的申请表后邮寄到学校办公室。

Payment Methods 付款方式:

We accepted cash, cheque (please make it payable to “School District 43”) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
本校接受现金，支票(支票抬头请写”School District 43”) 或信用卡(Visa 或Master)

Important Notice 注意事项:

Tuition fee must be paid in full by the time of the registration.
学生于注册时必须缴付学费.

Refund and Cancellation Policy 退款及课程取消规定:

1.A written refund request must be submitted to the CLCI before classes begin. No refund after the first class.
学生如有退款要求，必须以书面申请并在课程开始前提出，课程开始后, 将不接受退款申请.
2.A refund request received prior to the start of the course receives a $30 administrative charge from the tuition refund.
如学生於课程开始前提出退款要求, 所有退款将扣除已缴费用中的$30作为行政费用.
3.Refunds will not be given for occasional absence due to personal reasons.
如因个人理由而缺席的课堂, 将不获退款.
4.If there is insufficient enrolment leading to the course cancelled, students will receive a full refund.
如课程取消,学生可退回全数费用。
5.All refunds will be issued by cheque.
所有退款将由支票寄还。

CLCI reserves the right to dismiss students without tuition refund for violating school rules.
学生如在校内或课堂内严重影响老师及同学,导致不能正常授课或听课,屡劝不改,校方可责令其退学，并不予退回已缴费用。
